I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s from Saybrook University in Counseling Psychology.
I’m deeply passionate about empowering men to navigate relationships. My practice is influenced by the community-based approach of The Mankind Project and his mentorship in Stan Tatkin’s PACT Institute for couples.
I saved my own marriage from collapse by recognizing my triggers, and want to help you do the same!

In my work I strive to facilitate deep relationship with your self which extends into relationships with your loved ones.
With over twenty years of meditation and therapeutic knowledge, I am an experienced teacher of various healing and spiritual practices for those ready to take the next step.
